I found out if the Inn you stay at double charges you, there are no managers to complain and get the issues resolved. There is no company headquarters because each one is indenpendly owned. If they make a mistake on your bill you are just stuck with the over charges. In my case I was charged for 2 rooms at $91.00 and after several phone calls there is not one employee that knows how to resolve the issue. All the manager could say is ';I don%26#39;t know how to do that.';
